Celebrity Big Brother star Tiffany Pollard is returning to the ITV reality show nearly a decade after pure TV gold moment, ‘David’s Dead.’
In 2016, Tiffany crumpled as her fellow housemate Angie Bowie whispered in her ear after being informed by producers of her ex-husband David Bowie’s death from cancer: ‘You can’t say a word, David’s dead.’
The Flavor of Love star collapsed on the floor and wailed in disbelief as she had mistakenly confused one of the most celebrated musicians of all time with housemate David Gest.
Now, Tiffany, 43, is poised to make her Celebrity Big Brother comeback tonight as a presenter on spin-off, Late and Live. Last week, 2024 winner David Potts did the honours, while Strictly star Oti Mabuse joined the show for the final seven days.
Each host has taken turns to assume the role of the Celebrity House Guest, promising hilarious discussions and deliberations alongside a star-studded panel of fellow celebrity guests on the TV show.
After ‘David’s dead’ went down in TV history, Tiffany cashed in on her fame by selling T-shirts with the slogan.

However, she pulled her new clothing line after Gest died just months later in a London hotel room after suffering a stroke aged 62.
In 2022, Tiffany claimed she was being haunted by Gest’s ghost as she unpacked the viral Celebrity Big Brother moment on Watch What Happens Live.
When asked if she ever rewatched the infamous episode by presenter Andy Cohen, and what exactly was going through her mind, she admitted that she hadn’t been able to tune in again.
‘David and I have not made up,’ she replied. ‘And I did not rewatch that episode but he does haunt my kitchen. Every once in a while…’
She added: ‘David, please stop coming into the kitchen and messing with the knives and forks. He’s mad at me.’

The second season of the ITV reboot of Celebrity Big Brother returned on Monday – and has already been explosive.
Last night, Hollywood actor Mickey Rourke, 72, was removed from the house after repeated warnings over inappropriate behaviour, particularly towards JoJo Siwa, 21.
However, he had survived the first public vote on Friday, with former Tory MP Michael Fabricant, 74, the first celebrity to be eliminated from the house.
Elsewhere, Celebrity Big Brother viewers are convinced producers are trying to hatch a ‘showmance’ between Love Island star Chris Hughes, 32, and Ella Rae Wise, 24.
On the launch episode, fans noticed that as soon as reality TV star Ella entered the famous house, the cameras panned to Chris, indicating hopes that the pair will find love.

Also in the Celebrity Big Brother house are Patsy Palmer, Chesney Hawkes, Donna Preston, Trisha Goddard, Angellica Bell, Danny Beard, Daley Thompson and Jack P Shepherd.
Tiffany shot to fame after the 00s US reality show Flavor of Love and starred in its spin-off series Love New York, which launched her career in TV.
Her subsequent roles included Brunch with Tiffany, Hot Haus, House of Villains and College Hill: Celebrity Edition.
Tiffany also hosted the Fenty Beauty holiday gift guide twice at the request of Rihanna.
In 2023, she was named one of Variety magazine’s most powerful women on reality TV.
Celebrity Big Brother: Late & Live is broadcast on ITV2 and ITVX from 10.30pm from Monday.
